Slee Cottage in Keswick, Cumbria is a traditional mid-terrace stone cottage built in the early 1800’s and is situated right in the heart of the Keswick conservation area. – just minutes, on foot, from all the facilities Keswick has to offer.
The cottage briefly comprises on the ground floor: open-plan living/dining/kitchen, fitted kitchen. On the first floor: Double bedroom, (with king-sized bed), Single bedroom, Bathroom (WC, basin, large walk-in shower) and on the top floor; a Family room (king-size bed and single bed), Bathroom (WC, basin, bath with shower over).

Dining & Living Area
The dining area has a solid pine oval dining table with an outlook through patio doors to the garden. In the living area there are two large comfortable sofas. The 32″ TV has Freeview. Also, a well stocked book case — with all the Wainwright’s — and lots of other local walking guides/maps plus a games box.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen (which will be updated January 2022) has everything you need to help your holiday run smoothly. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker with separate grill, microwave, freezer and fridge. Even a coffee machine for that first cup in the morning!
Bedrooms
All the bedrooms (newly decorated 2024) are light and airy, are carpeted and have pine effect furniture. All bed linen is included in the price. The single room and the double room are on the first floor and the family room is on the second floor. There are hairdryers in all the bedrooms.
Bathrooms
The first floor bathroom has a WC, washbasin and a large walk in shower with grab rail, shaver point and large radiator.
The second floor bathroom has a WC, washbasin and bath with overhead shower, shaver point and radiator.
Outside
Garden – Our enclosed garden is stocked with shrubs and climbers and the flagged patio area is furnished with table and chairs (not over the winter months)
Car Parking
There is car parking for one car. A permit for a second car is available for a small supplement. The Bus Station is less than 5 minutes away, so have a relaxing holiday and leave your car parked at the cottage.
